Sanaa.. Criminal Division commutes Al-Harazi’s execution to prison

The Sanaa Specialized Criminal Division commuted the death sentence of engineer Adnan Al-Harazi to imprisonment and confiscation of his property and assets.

The Criminal Division’s judgment, delivered on Sunday, May 25, 2025, imprisoned engineer Adnan Al-Harazi, general director of Prodigy Systems, specializing in information and communication technology solutions, to 15 years in prison.

The judgment also ordered that all funds and assets of the Al-Harazi company be confiscated.

Last year, the Specialized Criminal Court of First Instance in Sanaa handed down the death sentence against Adnan Al-Harazi.

Al-Harazi was arrested in January 2023 and charged with information cooperation with the coalition, even though his company has been licensed since 2006 and operates with an official permit from the relevant authorities, and its activities include all governorates of the Republic of Yemen in the field of monitoring humanitarian work as a third party.

The raided Al-Harazi company was replaced by two foreign companies, which confirms that the intelligence accusation targets Al-Harazi and his company.
