The Supreme Judicial Council in Sanaa approved a judicial motion, in which a number of appeals and lower courts in several governorates participated.
Pursuant to Decision No. 124 of 1446 A.H. of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Dr. Abdul-Mumen Shujaa Al-Din, a number of judges were transferred to work in a number of courts of appeal and first instance, as follows:
– Amin Ali Ahmed Ahmed Zabara, President of the Court of Appeal of Al Bayda Governorate, Head of the Criminal and Personal Chamber.
– Abdel Hafeez Abdel Razzaq Yahya Al Mahbashi, Head of the Public Funds Division at the Capital Municipality Court of Appeal.
– Yahya Abdel-Wahab Ahmed Al-Dhari, President of the Second Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeal of the Capital Municipality.
– Abdullah Hamid Ahmed Abu Arij, head of the specialized criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal of Hodeidah governorate.
– Abdul-Jalil Muhammad Muhammad Abbas, head of the second criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal of Hodeidah governorate.
– Amin Abdul Rahman Hammoud Al-Omari, head of the Third Personal and Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Amran Governorate.
– Abdul Latif Abdul Rab Ali Babiker, President of the Second Civil and Personal Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Dhamar Governorate.
– Taha Abdel Raouf Muhammad Noman, member of the second criminal chamber of the court of appeal of the capital municipality.
– Ali Hussein Abdullah Al-Sanabani, member of the Second Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeal of the Capital Municipality.
– Ahmed Muhammad Hamid Al-Idrissi, member of the second criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal of the Capital Municipality.
– Ahmed Muhammad Omar Al-Shaleef, member of the specialized criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal of Hodeidah governorate.
– Osama Zaid Ali Al-Khashab, alternate member of the Court of Appeal of Al-Mahwit Governorate.
– Yasser Ahmed Abdo Al-Amdi, president of the Bani Al-Harith trial court at the capital secretariat.
– Basem Noman Abdo Hamdeen Ibrahim, President of the West Amanat Al-Asimah Magistrate’s Court.
– Maeen Hussein Hussein Al-Azairi, President of the Tax and Customs Courts of First Instance of the Capital Secretariat
– Fares Abdel Salam Ghaleb Marei, president of the criminal court of first instance of Dhamar governorate.
– Hashem Ahmed Yahya Al-Muayyad, President of the Abs Magistrate’s Court and President of the Haradh and Midi Magistrate’s Courts in Hajjah Governorate.
– Abdul Rahim Yahya Muhammad Al-Ahdal, President of the South Hodeidah Trial Court.
– Ibrahim Abdullah Salem Ahmed, President of the Zabid and Hays Magistrate Courts of Hodeidah Governorate.
– Ammar Yahya Hizam Yahya Al-Mahan, president of the Zaidi Magistrate’s Court in Hodeidah governorate.
– Ahmed Ali Hassan Abdul Rahman Afifi, president of the Al-Zahra Magistrate’s Court in Hodeidah governorate.
– Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Al-Qattaa, President of the Specialized Criminal Court of First Instance of Hodeidah Governorate
– Abdul Majeed Ahmed Ahmed Al-Amiri, president of the Al-Maraw’ah Magistrate’s Court in Hodeidah governorate.
– Zayed Abdul Wali Ali Ahmed Al-Tam, head of the Washha and Mustaba primary courts in Hajjah governorate.
– Ali Al-Muntaser Ali Al-Muntaser, president of the Salafist court of first instance in Raymah governorate.
