Meteorology warns of possibility of frost forming in highlands… and minimum temperatures will drop to zero degrees Celsius

Minimum temperatures in Jabal al-Nabi Shuaib, west of Sanaa, fell to zero degrees Celsius, according to weather forecasts released by the National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning, on the afternoon of Sunday, November 9, 2028.

The lowest temperatures recorded were:

Mount Prophet Shuaib (2) Celsius, and the tangible value is zero.

Dhamar and Al-Bayda have 3 degrees and Al-Mahsousah has 1 degree.

Sanaa and Amran (4) degrees and Al-Mahsoosa (2).

The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning forecast cold to very cold weather overnight and early morning in Sanaa, Dhamar, Amran, Al Bayda and Saada governorates.

He highlighted the possibility of frost formation on parts of these highlands.

Cold weather is also expected in the highlands of Ibb, Al-Dhalea, Lahj and Abyan governorates, as well as the Shabwa and Hadhramaut plateaus, as well as in the west of Ma’rib and Al-Jawf governorates.

The center warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients and workers during the night and early morning in the above-mentioned highlands, of the cold and extremely cold weather.

He also warned farmers of the possibility of frost, advising them to take appropriate measures to protect crops and crops from damage.
