Judge Qanaf: We refuse to separate the salaries of retired, sick and deceased members of the judiciary

Yamanat – Sanaa
Judge Moin Qanaf said in a letter to the finance minister in Sanaa that the judiciary is financially and administratively independent.
Justice Qannaf confirmed on his Facebook account that the Minister of Finance has no right to withhold payments from judges or delay them in any way, unless an amendment to the constitution and law is made that subordinates the judiciary to the executive.
He concluded his message by saying: “A little modesty, Minister of Finance.”
In another message, Justice Qannaf said that if the Sanaa Supreme Judicial Council simply separates the salaries of retirees, deaths, patients, etc., from the salary lists of members of the judiciary, and subject them to deductions and civil service laws and regulations, and then to insurance and pensions, then peace be upon the world. He considered it “truly a disaster.”
He added: Salary is a legitimate right and it will definitely be paid. Demand the independence of the judiciary, financially and administratively, in accordance with the Constitution and the law on the judiciary.
He continued: No to the systematic policy of starving the judge, humiliating him and circumventing his legally legitimate rights.
Judge Saadan affirmed his refusal to separate the salaries of retired, sick and deceased members of the judiciary, and to subject them to deductions and laws and regulations of the civil service, then of the General Insurance and Pensions Authority, and then to no salary.
She asks: How can the Judicial Council accept this question, when it includes theoreticians of jurisprudence and various laws…? Adding: This doesn’t make sense..?!
You also ask: Where is the management of the Judges Club in what is happening and happening behind the scenes that we do not know about…?! Were they aware and aware of it, and did they agree or not?!
