Capital Secretariat Police Reveals Identity of Perpetrators and Victims of Khawlan Street Murder

Police in the capital Sanaa Municipality announced the arrest of those accused of killing a man and a woman on Khawlan Street on Wednesday evening, December 17, 2025.

Police said they received a tip-off that two people in a four-wheeler opened fire on a man and his wife, resulting in their immediate death.

She confirmed that after the field visit, it became clear that the victim’s name was Hisham Hamid Ali Al-Dubaibi and his wife.

She indicated that she had initiated investigation and follow-up procedures and was able to identify the perpetrators and arrest them: “Mohammed Ahmed Ali Ahmed Majli, 25 years old, and Radman Ali Ahmed Ahmed Majli, 37 years old”, both from Khawlan, Jahana district, Sanaa governorate.

The Capital Secretariat Police indicated that the arrest operation was carried out in cooperation with the security of Sanaa Governorate, stressing that investigations are still ongoing to determine the motives of the crime and carry out the necessary legal procedures.
