Sheikh Hassan Baghawi appealed to relevant authorities and the Supreme Judicial Council to look into his case, which he described as “unjust and unjust”, calling for justice and removal of injustice against him.
Sheikh Baghawi confirmed on his Facebook account that he is not seeking to offend anyone or seek sympathy, but rather demands that his grievances be forwarded to the relevant authorities to reclassify his case, which he claims has been changed from a civil matter to a criminal one, in violation of the law and justice.
He explained that all the facts he reported were documented by testimonies, documents and testimonies of community notables, emphasizing that he, his family and his property suffered great damage, despite being a well-known social figure in his region, who lived for fifty years without any violation.
Baghawi said that what he was exposed to represents an example of the injustice that pushes some individuals to hatred and deviation from normal values, emphasizing his commitment to seek to denounce what he described as “injustice”, and calling on everyone to participate in communicating their voice to the higher authorities, especially the office of Absid Abdel Malik Al Houthi, to provide him justice in accordance with the principles of justice and law.
Sheikh Hassan Baghawi concluded his appeal by saying that remaining silent about injustice exacerbates suffering, calling for justice that represents the spirit of truth and the purity and goodness of society.
