Sanaa.. Central Bank orders rethinking of money transfer network

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Central Bank of Sanaa ordered the re-engagement of a money transfer network.

The Association of Money Changers circulated to local money transfer networks, as well as establishments and exchange companies, the implementation of the bank’s directives requiring the resumption of relations with the Al-Hatar Express network, two days after the cessation of its relations.

Since the beginning of November, the Central Bank has stopped dealing with three companies and 12 exchange centers, in addition to three money transfer networks, while ordering the resumption of transactions with seven exchange centers and four money transfer networks.
