Sanaa.. Money Changers Association issues circular to resume operations with exchange facility

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Money Exchange Association issued a circular to resume operations with foreign exchange facility.

The association ordered foreign exchange establishments and companies, as well as local financial transfer networks, to implement the directives of the Central Bank of Sana’a, which require reviewing the “Sama” foreign exchange facility.

Since the beginning of November, the Central Bank has stopped dealing with three companies and 12 exchange centers, in addition to three money transfer networks, while ordering the resumption of transactions with eight exchange centers and four money transfer networks.
