On Sunday, December 7, 2025, the Central Bank of Sanaa ordered the resumption of transactions with one company and three exchange centers.

The Sanaa Foreign Exchange Association has circulated to exchange centers and businesses, as well as local money transfer networks, the implementation of the Central Bank’s directives requiring the resumption of transactions with the Al-Dubaibi Foreign Exchange Company, the Al-Fouad Foreign Exchange Facility, the Fouad Express Exchange and the Bareeq Al-Hussam Express Exchange.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the association had circulated to resume its relations with Al-Falak Exchange Company.

Thus, the Central Bank of Sanaa stopped dealing with two establishments and two exchange companies and resumed its relations with two exchange companies and three exchange establishments since the beginning of last December.
